MemStat XP

I am not sure but I think that on windows XP, memstat
may be causing my windows tab groupings in my task
bar to not 'drop-up' and i will have to close the most
active couple of windows until i can select those or any
other windows in the task bar.

I have been testing without memstat for a couple of
weeks now and have not seen this behavior. If i do i will
come and ask for this to be removed.
