libreadline.so.4 is needed - ID: 789893

Dependency Problem:
libreadline.so.4 is needed by Rascal-0.3.2-1
I get the above error message when trying to install
RASCAL on my RH7.1 platform.
I cannot find any libreadline packages for RH7.1 on the
Red Hat web site.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions?
