jadetex

There is a typo in jadetex: it requests the link type
'Page' instead of 'page' from hyperref, which is
undefined and leads to TeX errors about undefined
@Pagecolor and various \csname and \endcsname error
messages in documents which contain cross references.
(However only after the third pass, when the references
are actually included).
