Tracker: Support Requests

2 Administrative issue - ID: 772502
Last Update: Comment added ( pat )

Hello, My name is Tejay Penfold. Quite some time ago i
joined a project by the name of EDF, which has not long
ago moved to the sourceforge.net hosting service. In
the time i have been with EDF it has seen several
developer changes with none lasting more then a few
weeks. During the course of this time i had been
developing a document to be used as the design
document for the creation of the game "EDF".
I then released the document to the team which most
flatley denided the document and rejected it with in no
time at all, That by itself was fine. But recently once
again we obtained a new leader to the project who
obtained all previous documents to the project and
uploaded them to the EDF web site, This includes my
own document which i did not give permission to be
posted, I did however agree to let them post ART work i
had previously done for the project, this however was
not used at all. Instead just the document which i did
not know was still in circulation was added in with the
rest of the documentation found here:

http://edf-project.sourceforge.net/docindex.html

The specific document in question is this one:

http://edf-
project.sourceforge.net/writtendocs/gamedesign/DESIGN
%20DOCUMENT.doc

This document was meant for only a select few
members of the board for viewing. not for general public
viewing, This is even more the case now i have moved
on to another project where several aspects of the
document are still in use and as such could be classed
as sensitive infomation in reguards to the story line and
plot line of the game.

This is a conversation on the forums where i explicitly
express my wishes for the document to be removed from
the site, as you can see also in this thread my wishes
have the support of several key members, non less then
the project admin, going by the name of FalconOfFury.
This person has since left the project and yet my
document remains on their site. As you can also see
from the dates on the posts that i have given ample
time for them to remove the doc in question.

http://edf-project.sourceforge.net/board/viewtopic.php?
t=132

I do not wish to cause trouble for this project as they
have enough admin problems as it is, i would just like to
see the removel of a document that was not menat to
be posted in the first place.

I hope you can help on this matter, and i look forward to
hearing from you.

Regards
Tejay Penfold (aka: TimberDragon)

Falcon is going to take it down now.

I'm closing the ticket.

If for some reason it doesn't really happen...please reopen
the ticket.

Thanks
