5 Batch Downloads on Linux Server - ID: 759374
Last Update: Comment added ( billyk )

I am using the defaults zip file on a linux box
(/usr/bin/zip) and this all but crashes the box. I get 98%
CPU utilization when watching the system with top and
invariably the downloads never finish.

Anyone else experience this? Any ideas how to fix it?

Also any idea how to create .sit files for Macs?

Same problem here with tar.

The process does not stop, using all cpu-resources.
