I got the following message when attempting to post a
reply to a journal entry:

It's been -401 seconds since you last successfully
posted a comment

I've had several comments with similar messages
(differing only in time). I'm using Mozilla, and have
several tabs open. Frequently, I'm replying to
different comments, articles, and JE's in different
tabs. Hitting back and then 'submit' again or 'reload'
gives a more rational response (either a successful
post, or a two minute warning, either is correct,
depending on the circumstances).
