TM4J

If TM4J is planned to have any features that go beyond
compliance with either TM or XTM, I think it'd be a
good idea if there was a conformance mode, that when
set would disable any non-compliant features. IOW, it
would override those settings.

I consider XTM conformance more important than any
extensions, though I can understand why some people
don't care. In the end, rather than track any of these
extensions it'd be nice to have a mode that guaranteed
that TM4J functioned according to the specs.
