My project, Six/Four System, is scheduled for release soon,
and I would like to use the SourceForge infrastructure
to host
it and offer it for download. However, I have to comply
with
US export restrictions on strong cryptography, which means
denying to download the software release, unless the
downloader certifies that he isn't from a crypto-export
banned
country and won't re-export it into one.
I would be interested if it is possible to enforce export
restrictions with your download services, or not?
Thank you!
