Corrupted files in CVS - ID: 672517

...because they weren't imported as binary files.

One way to fix this is to use the 'cvs admin' command
and then commit updated files to the repository, e.g.,
cvs admin -kb docs/c-smile.doc
An alternate method is to modify CVSROOT/cvswrappers.
