Make each piece of the seminar optional.

Example: If I want to setup a seminar, and don't need
to worry about prerequisites, just uncheck a box next
to the prerequisite section, and it won't even show up.
Same goes for the Outline, Homepage and Semester. Of
course Title, and Description should be required.
