compressed file contains NoName.tar on Win32 - ID: 664912

When using the Module on Win32, ActiveState Perl 5.6.1 build 633
with the "lib" compression method, the compressed .gz file
contains a file "NoName.tar" which is the actual logfile, not a
tar (i.e.
renaming it to "file.log" gives the original logfile). Problem
could be
that there is no "tar" command on Win32.
