Details:

You need to be able to convert a mono file to stereo
and vice versa

Also, when going from stereo to mono, the option only
to take the left or right channel or mix them both,
cooledit has a gret option when converting to mono: X%
Left X% Right., this can be done in revers for mono to
stereo.

Date: 2006-06-24 12:46 Sender: radoslaw Logged In: YES user_id=192421 sweep is able to convert mono sounds into stereo by duplicating mono track and is able to convert stereo track into mono by equal mixing both channels. So we shouls extend both features.
Date: 2002-10-30 08:15 Sender: conrad Logged In: YES user_id=16615 basic channel ops added in 0.5.10. the mixing suggestion is not yet implemented, but basic conversions now work.
