WEB SERVER NAME (IIS/Apache/...) + VERSION : Apache
PERL INTERPRETER NAME + VERSION (if known) :

Your problem description :

I havn't got shell access or CRON access, can I still use this script, as I
can't find
a way to do the 'Read Statistics' part from a brower?

(The scipt is running, just has no log info)
