Java Conduit Manager

The following message appears after trying to add
a conduit in the conduit manager:
"Could not register the conduit because the creator
ID is already in use."

The conduit manager however should be able to
override the current conduit for the creator id.

REASON:
Conduits that have no name are not removed
before the new conduit is added.

TEMP SOLUTION:
Remove the conduit with the CondCfg tool as
delivered with the Palm CDK.
