The only way to specify a non-default password (i.e.
attempt at _some_ security) for the icqv7ext binary is
via a command line argument. Command line arguments can
be easily observed by third parties.
The bottom line: icqv7ext needs its own configuration
file where one could put password, server host and
pretty much everything now specified in the command line.
