bash x.bin: cannot execute binary file - ID: 578311

Please, I need instructions on how to overcome this
error. the file itself passes an MD5 checksum (it
was created by someone else)

I am having the same issue with other Payload
Delivery Vehicle" files as well, so I suspect its a
configuration issue on my end (RedHat 7.2), but
any help would be appreciated.
