hi am running redhat 7.3 , Running PHP version 4.1.2

when i run otto.php i ge the following error...

Warning: Failed opening '/var/www/html/test/otto.php' for
inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in Unknown
on line 0

/usr/share/pear does exist ....

How can i fix this ?

First I need the full url you were calling the script with. Also please note that both otto.php and ottoscript.php need to be in the same directory.
