SimPetition

On hitting the submit button a new petition is
created, but in addition I get the following error
message:

NS-SimPetition was unable to get a database result.
Make sure the database tables exist and the query is
consistent with the database table names.
Additional info:
Unknown column 'uid' in 'field list'
trying to get result in __FILE__

Excellent idea for an app, though.
