% not allowed in DTD attribute default - ID: 532599

The AElfred XML parser does not permit a "%" character
to appear in the default value of an attribute defined
in the DTD. It attempts to process it as a parameter
entity reference.
Fixed in both source code branches.
Test case added: bug88
Present in 6.5.1, in 7.0, and in all earlier releases.
