Skinnable interface make any kind of software cool.
People are not very much interested in security but
if they see a nice looking software they will start
ask questions and they will want to use it too.

I don't care what the skin looks like if it lacks critical features. Specifically, not supporting Groups/Categories, Filtering and Searching basically renders this product useless for large number of passwords.

The intersection between that set, and the set of people who require a skinned interface is very large. Make it useful - i don't think this would - i don't see why it's a priority 1.
