BW-Admin DLL

While testing the screenshot-utility
(http://jjaf.de/kingpin/screenshot/) that uses the msg-
uvar to disable unwanted console-messages for the shot
i got kicked. I found out that bw-admin does not allow
uvar msg =! 0.

-Why is that? It's meant to lessen the client traffic
and the users annoyance due to suppressed messages.
-Can it be disabled at least for xatrix kingpin?
