Day of week gets wrong answer - ID: 448377

In the EXSLT dates-and-times module, the functions
dayInWeek() and dayName() return the wrong answer.
Fix: on line 361 of com.icl.saxon.exslt.Date.java,
change
(int)yy-1,
to
(int)mm-1,
Present in 6.4.3 and all releases since EXSLT date and
time support was introduced.
