Saxon XSLT and XQuery Processor

When the source document is supplied to Saxon from a
non-Saxon DOM (wrapped in a DOMSource object), the
resulting tree may contain duplicate namespace nodes
(two namespace nodes with the same name, same value,
and same parent). This will only be visible if
namespace nodes are examined explicitly by using the
namespace axis.

Present in all 6.4.3 and all previous releases (as far
as I know).
