dayOfWeekInMonth() gives wrong answer - ID: 441000

The function dayOfWeekInMonth() gives the wrong answer.
New since EXSLT dates and times were introduced in
6.4.2.

There are a few other smaller bugs in this package,
mainly failure to deal correctly with error cases.
