Added 'trusted' Context Attribute - ID: 437769

I've added the 'trusted' Context attribute so radar
doesn't clobber itself when you make changes to the
contexts. The attached Zip file contains all source
code, a new .war file (binary build), and
radar_fix.diff - a file containing the diff output of
all code.
