Shakespeare Bot

The bot immediatly executes commands from its
operators.
In the beginning of a session, the operators have to
identifiy themselves by sending their password to the
bot (preferably in private of course, through a /MSG
for exemple).
If the operator doesn't send commands to the bot
during a certain time, the session is closed.
Operators can give the control to other persons, who
then become operators.
