Which commands are these ?
I replaced [nl] today with [para].

Revision [6205def19e5f9a12f1ea7e896d578ae695efb6aa].
Pushed.

If these were all we can close as fixed.
This is also in the newly made tklib-0-6-rc branch.

That information should be in the documentation, I guess.
I found them like this:
$ cd /dir/which/contains/tklib
$ ./sak.tcl doc validate
