There is an error in HAL_INPUT documentation

SUBSYSTEM=="input", mode="0660", group="plugdev"

should be

SUBSYSTEM=="input", MODE="0660", GROUP="plugdev"

since udev is case sensitive the general permission rule will not work with "mode" and "group"
