Include Freenode over SSL configuration too - ID: 3175580

Freenode requires you to identify with services for almost anything you do, so you send your password in plain text to a bot.
The default configuration doesn't use SSL, but Freenode works with SSL, you just have to know and configure the magic port number:

Would be handy if XChat included a Freenode-over-SSL configuration out-of-the-box.
