Utilities and addons

The Softpedia download page said this works on all Windows. I installed it
on my old WIndows 98SE system. It works, however I ALWAYS get the full path
and filename. If I hold down the CTRL key and select a different format in
the options window, it doesn't stick. If I edit or delete any of the
entries, they instantly revert back to the defaults the next time I open
the options window. Nor does anything I do in the options window have any
effect on the output, which is always the full path and filename, If I
insert a new entry, it vanishes. The Patterns button is greyed out and
non-functional.

This is with version 1.0.7.
