Setting the default line ending style to "windows" in Tools -> Options ->
File does not work correctly. When entering a new line in a windows-encoded
.tex file, one still gets the unix line ending 0x0a at the place of
insertion. This issue might also be related to the fixed bug #2036750
("Outsourcing ignores Filetype").
This bug is annoying because it prevents tex files to be under version
control with SVN as it complains about inconsistent line endings when
setting the eol-style:native property.
