Error if en_US.aff is not installed - ID: 2894616

I have just installed the TeXnicCenter 2 alpha and I unselected the us
dictionary during installation. When I then start TeXnicCenter I get an
error that en_US.aff cannot be found.
Possible fix:
1. Make the US language option mandatory during install.
