missmatch in allocation and deallocation - ID: 2894012

i have hecked the sources of the current svn head with the static code
analysis tool cppcheck. It found an issue in file
wxsf/trunk/src/ScaledDC.cpp. There was a missmatch in alloction and
deallocation. The attached patch fixes this issue.
