threshold param no longer works on links from rss feed - ID: 2893355

My rss reader support the hit parade in the rss feed to figure out what
threshold I would like to read the story at. It appends the threshold
parameter to the url from the RSS feed. However, that parameter no longer
appears to be supported.
For example:
