xinco - Document Management System, DMS

My personal suggestion would be a client, even if Java, that can sit on the
desktop and be programmed to automatically push files into the Xinco
database.

Example process would be that a third party scanning application drops PDF
files (or TIFF, JPEG, or similar) into a specific folder. This is normal
for many large format scanners. (Scan to User).

Upon triggering off program, it would choose each file in term, possibly
allow a preview, enter in each document's description and keywords, then
send directly into Xinco.

This would speed up those people that need to enter in a lot of documents
quickly, such as doctor's offices (scanning charts), accounting (scanning
invoices) and similar situations.
