5 Windows 3.11 Broken in CVS/SVN - ID: 2892236

Details:

Under the current CVS/SVN, Windows 3.11 will just hang at the Windows
splash screen. I traced it to r3488 (under SVN), with the log of "Add very
simple and not entirely correct upcase table. Makes doswin32 happy."

Date: 2009-11-08 09:00 Sender: qbix79 I made a mistake with placing the table over the interrupt table. I commited a fix. I am not sure if it fixes win3.1 though
