Restart OpenVPN in XXX hours - ID: 2892122

When you add a new user to the VPN you must restart the server. You cant
all ways do this because people are using the VPN. If there was an option
where you could set the restart to happen in X number of yours you could do
this when you expect the VPN to be idle.
