Following error started to happen only in Gustavo's computer when he and me
committed the general grid filter and improved (drag & resize) calendar
view respectively.
1 - click on calendar
2 - click on week
3 - Firebug: this.domNode is null

In my computer, also, from time to time I receive that error, maybe just
once or twice a day.
