Create a Process in Java Program with Wrapper - ID: 2891046

In my java program, I create a process to run an externel executable, for
example, the notepad.exe. When I run the Java program in console, it works
fine, the notepad GUI shows up.
But when I install the java program as a NT service, I run into a problem.
I can see that a notepad.exe process is created through the task manager,
but the notepad GUI does NOT comes out.
Is this a bug of wrappter? or a configuration problem?
Please help me!
My envieronment is below:
OS: windows server 2003
JDK version: 1.5.0_06
Wrapper version: v3.2.3
