mouse pointer jumpty because of tooltips in UI - ID: 2890027

When working via rdp moving the pointer above UI elements cause some
tooltip appear. And when it appears the cursor jumps back to the point it
was a moment ago. Wanted to disable tooltips, but the option [UI
Settings]->[Show description content when available] is obviously does
something else.
