5 Don't remove/replace authorized_keys file on MN - ID: 2889577

Details:

If an admin puts the key of his desktop in root's .ssh/authorized_keys on
the MN so he can ssh to the MN w/o pw, it disappears when xdsh -K is run
(and maybe other operations - need to investigate).
