DSPSR: DSP for Pulsars

Tracker: Bugs

5 Cannot link against libpresto and libpsrutil - ID: 2889225
Last Update: Settings changed ( straten )

libpsrutil and libpresto both have a symbol (i.e. function) called str2ra.
Since dspsr will try and link against both if available, this means that
dspsr cannot be built if libpresto is found.

Names like str2ra are likely very common! I think that both packages should
consider re-naming or placing them in a unique name space. Need to be
careful to find all code that calls this though!

Should be fairly easy to reproduce,

As libpresto isn't actually used by dspsr, the search for it has been
removed from the configuration script and any related linking arguments
have been removed.

It would also be good to rename the psrchive function. I'll add that to
the psrchive tracker.
