status bits aren't updated on job detach - ID: 2889097

I'm testing STAT and StackWalker on dawndev and may have a LaunchMON issue.
If I'm attached to an application and the application exits, I get this
message from LaunchMON (0.7X in /usr/global):
<Oct 07 15:55:26> Launchmon (INFO): detached from all threads of the RM
process...
<Oct 07 15:55:26> Launchmon (INFO): detached from all the RM process...
However, the detached bit in the LaunchMON status doesn't seem to get
flipped.
