5 Reproducable problem hanging IE8 - ID: 2886559

Details:

I 've got a local web page that lets IE8 on WinXP hang if Privoxy 3.0.15 is
running. Even disabling Privoxy does not help. Only removing Privoxy as a
proxy in IE8 solves the problem, so clearly a Privoxy problem I guess.
The page works with latest stable Privoxy 3.0.12 though.

Please reproduce the problem with logging and the following debug options
