cv.FindHomography does not accept configuration parameters - ID: 2885010

The new python bindings do not pass through configuration parameters
(estimation method, RANSAC reprojection threshold) to the FindHomography
routine. This makes it difficult to compare side-by-side with the straight
C implementation.
