5 Structure view is not painted right on startup in TxC v2 - ID: 2884775

Details:

A small portion of the Structure view (between the title "Structure" and
the actual structure) is not painted when TxC is started (see atached
file). Switching to an other view, e.g. "Files" and going back to Structure
fixes this.
