deregistration patch - ID: 2884374

Hi,
I've attached a patch for sipunit deregistration - since contact=null
was already taken, I've added separate handling for "*".
Also updated javadoc to explicitly say that unregister() doesn't send
messages without a register() before (took me good 15 min. to track
down why I don't get any packets on the wire ;) )
