5 WF Condition support for accessing PO's column values - ID: 2884059

Details:

Modified WFNextCondition to enable condtion values to refer to a column of
the Model object referred from the workflow activity.
The syntax for it is:
@COL=<column name>

Its usable on both value conditions. Code is based on 354a version of
MWFNextCondition.
