lcdproc for QNX/CVS 20091018 - ID: 2881576

This patch applies to the CVS nightly from 20091018 and adds support for
QNX RTP to lcdproc.
automake/autoconf related files are NOT changed because the versions of
automake/autoconf required by lcdproc are too new for QNX so that I am not
able to test it.
