ifProperty fails inder linux - ID: 2878109

I have several input pages which should be dsiplayed under any condition so
the 'ifPorperty' attribute for the page is not set. This works correctly
(or at least as expected ) under windows but under Unix in console mode
throws an ConfigurationExcpetion "Invalid ifProperty expression"
